WOW!! God is so good!

I committed to this journey just a few days before the final application deadline and only three days before a 25% financial deadline. After a brief chat with my World Race advisor, I took some time to pray over fundraising. With a financial deadline so close, I immediately began worrying about getting the money sent in time. However, those anxious thoughts were quickly silenced by the truth that our God is great and perfectly capable of raising the perfect amount of money. 

And boy did He do just that! Not only did He provide the amount needed, but He went above and beyond! I mean that is totally how our God works!! I received over half the funds needed within a day of fundraising! Praise God! And as of today I am fully funded for my trip! I am so incredibly thankful for all the financial support I have received and pray that God will bless everyone of you for your contribution. 

Matthew 7:7-8 says "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened." 

I felt strongly to share this verse as it perfectly describes how generous our Father is. He is always there - ready to shower us with blessings if only we seek Him and ask.
